At JI Designs LLC, each piece is handcrafted to order. Please review the following policy carefully before purchasing.

 

 

 

Custom, Gold & Engraved Orders

 

 

All custom, personalized, engraved, solid gold, or made-to-specification items are final sale.

 

These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including sizing issues resulting from an incorrect size provided by the customer.

 

Customers are responsible for confirming:

 

• Correct ring size

• Accurate engraving spelling

• Final design details before production begins

 

 

 

 

Standard (Non-Custom) Ring Exchanges

 

 

For non-custom, non-engraved rings only:

 

We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

 

Conditions:

 

• Customer must contact us before returning the item

• Item must be returned in original condition

• Customer is responsible for shipping the item back

• Customer must also pay shipping for the exchanged item to be sent back

 

 

Custom, gold, and engraved pieces are not eligible for exchange.

 

 

 

Damaged Items

 

 

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

 

 

 

Refunds

 

 

We do not offer refunds.
