Welcome to JI Designs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

HANDMADE PRODUCTS

 

All products are handcrafted. Due to the nature of handmade materials (wood, opal, resin, metal, gold, inlays, etc.), slight variations in color, texture, pattern, and finish may occur. These variations are natural and are not considered defects.

 

PRODUCTION TIME

 

Most items are made to order and may require 14+ business days for production depending on complexity and customization.

 

Production time does not include shipping time.

 

PRICING

 

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

JI Designs LLC reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

 

CUSTOM, GOLD, AND ENGRAVED ORDERS

 

All custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-specification items are final sale.

 

These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including sizing issues resulting from an incorrect size provided by the customer.

 

By placing a custom order, the customer accepts full responsibility for:

 

• Providing the correct ring size

• Verifying engraving spelling and details

• Approving design specifications

 

 

JI Designs LLC is not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer.

 

STANDARD (NON-CUSTOM) RING EXCHANGES

 

For non-custom, non-engraved rings only:

 

We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

 

• Customer must contact us before returning the item

• Item must be returned in original condition

• Customer is responsible for all shipping costs

• The customer is responsible for shipping the item back and paying shipping for the exchanged item to be sent back

 

 

Custom, gold, and engraved pieces are not eligible for exchange.

 

SHIPPING

 

Once an order has shipped, JI Designs LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, customs delays, import duties, or taxes.

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

 

PRODUCT CARE

 

Some materials used in our products (wood, resin, inlays, glow materials, etc.) require proper care and handling.

 

Normal wear, impact damage, exposure to harsh chemicals, or excessive moisture may affect the longevity of certain materials.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

JI Designs LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.

 

CHANGES TO TERMS

 

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected with a revised date on this page.
