All custom, personalized, engraved, solid gold, or made-to-specification items are final sale.
These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including sizing issues resulting from an incorrect size provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for confirming:

STANDARD (NON-CUSTOM) RING EXCHANGES
For non-custom, non-engraved rings only:
We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:

Customer is responsible for shipping the item back

Customer must also pay shipping for the exchanged item to be sent back
Custom, gold, and engraved pieces are not eligible for exchange.
DAMAGED ITEMS
